there's the monument...A little trivia from Kuya Jut aka the Senator..The Capitol and the monument are strategically placed in front of eachother (with the the mall in between)..On top of the capitol theres a window that acts as a hairpin(or whatever target)..aimed to see the top of the Monument that points toward where California is, giving them a birds-eye view of east to west...or something like that..
